NOTE: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS SPOILERS!

Here we are with the promised bonus episode, where we reveal what is inside both doors of the temple, and we use all of the medallions found to see what exactly is buried away. It took 30 medallions for the first door, 40 for the second door, for a grand total of 70 medallions!

The hidden temple proved to be quite a challenge, but I did get the achievement and was able to open all of the crates inside. It was a fun experience tracking them down, with a lot of great scenery along the way. I was very impressed with the way Blue Isle Studio pulled this game off, despite what I say about the temple in this video!

I didn’t document much of this, but I found a secret landshark encampment along with a raptor suit upgrade, TONS of Acorns, and all of the other L.E.A.F. suit upgrades. It was incredibly exciting every time I saw the glisten of a new medallion crate — and a huge let down when there were only acorns inside! To say this was a rollercoaster of emotions is an understatement.

If I get a chance to spend some more time on this game, I would like to find all of the Acorn doors as well, but I don’t know if that’ll be happening any time soon.

Valley
=====================

Explore the vast and beautiful world of Valley using the power of the L.E.A.F. suit: a fierce exoskeleton that grants exceptional speed and agility along with the phenomenal ability to manipulate the life and death of all living things.

Experience the adventure of a lifetime

Valley is a First-Person adventure unlike any other. Hidden deep within a remote region of the Rocky Mountains, you find yourself bewildered within a secluded valley. With the power of a recently discovered L.E.A.F. suit (Leap Effortlessly though Air Functionality), run and jump your way through beautiful forests, dangerous ruins and vast environments; all the while utilizing the power to control life and death to uncover the startling secrets of the mysterious valley.

Be forewarned, with these new-found abilities comes a daunting repercussion: the more you experience death within the valley, the more the valley will die around you.

  • Thank you for doing this. I was about 20 short when I finished the game and I'm very glad I could watch this instead of combing back through the game to find them.

  • Jeez, sorry, dude, but you sound like an Elcor…xD No emotions other than total defeatism. And even that defeatism was defeatist…maybe a bit like Marvin.

  • Upgrades to save energy even though energy is no problem to get, and the games basically finished by this point 😂

  • They give you an upgrade that helps you explore easier……. after you've already explored enough to collect 70 medallions.

  • Thank you SO much for this. Valley's a nice little game, but it felt very… underwhelming… in terms of content scope. It definitely feels like a casual game dressed up with a big-boy engine.

  • This game was soo good. I picked it up for 2 bucks and couldn't be happier. Great story great gameplay, but god damn they just gave up on the endgame. It took me roughly 20 hours gameplay to get through both doors and I was like what?!?!?!? I can already explore the game as energy is entirely abundant. I would have been happier with a story piece that alluded to a second game or something. They really shot themselves in the foot with this one. Thanks for the video sorry you had to do what I did lmfao

  • I am beyond emotion. I thought that behind the door would be a super satisfying second ending to the game, or at least something to wrap up the little relationship between those two researchers. So I found all the medallions without online help. It took me 20 extra hours of playing a game I had already completed. The next thing I did was go outside and kill the Valley

  • I just found the pyramid for the first time, and I only have 27 medallions. I am so bummed and it's depressing me that this pyramid has been brought up for a long section of the game, and now I can't even harness the rewards. Smh

  • I was at 27 medallions when I reached that place and I decided to go further thinking I’d get more and I can just come back but nope. That was the ending. Great game tho I enjoyed all eight hours and fourteen minutes of it

  • thank you for uploading this so i didn't have to waste my time finding SEVENTY FUCKING MEDALLIONS just to get free grappling and jumping. That's bullshit! Lol

  • The art you see when you enter the 2nd door might as well be a middle finger. lol. Actually no.. change that to a titan's hand sticking out of the ground holding up a giant middle finger. Haha!

  • Would have been much cooler if it was some new added Leaf Suit upgrade, not just an update to an older upgrade.

  • Had a really fun time with this game; however, for the amount of searching for that upgrade, I was very disappointed.

  • "I don't mean to be a Debbie downer… But I'm a little underwhelmed." This broke me, said it just as I was thinking how glad I am to have not bothered finding all the medallions, can't stop laughing!

  • It would have been better if the chest opened 10 times slower only to reveal a note from the developers that said "actually fuck you"

  • Well that's quite disappointing for the effort required.

I mean if from the start you play and explore to get all 70 medallions then it'd be fine, I managed to get 40 on my play through which took me around 3 hours, but replaying the game again for the next 30 for just a free double jump upgrade for something that you don't use that often, and even if you did, by that point in the game you already have 10+ energy canisters anyway so you're never going to run out of energy, even if you defeat/calm down all enemies.

At least the rest of the game was fun.

  • Thanks for this video dude! I just finished this game on my series and got the 30 medallions to get inside but said "NOPE!" as soon as I saw the 40 door. xD Keep up the good work bro. 🙂
